Centrally situated in the heart of Kampala, Sleek & Slender wellness center was established on 25th January 1999, as a pioneer for the use of Toning Tables.

Jane Baine- the Founder and Proprietor of ‘Sleek’ (as it is fondly referred to) was inspired not only to begin a new chapter in her life but in the lives of others as well. With a staff of only three instructors and a set of six machines, Sleek & Slender opened its doors for all to experience the revolutionary wellness philosophy.

Over the past 22 years, the center, which has expanded to two wings, a massage facility, and a fruit bar, is now home to a number of loyal clientele while continuing to usher in people from all walks of life on a daily basis.
