Centrally situated in the heart of Kampala, Sleek & Slender fitness centre was established on 25th January 1999, as a pioneer for the use of Toning Tables.

Jane Baine- the Founder and Proprietor of ‘Sleek’ (as it is fondly referred to) was inspired not only to begin a new chapter in her life but in the lives of others as well. With a staff of only three instructors and a set of six machines, Sleek & Slender opened its doors for all to experience the revolutionary technology.
Over the past 20 years, it has grown to accommodate a full-time staff of nine instructors supervising two wings, a massage facility and a fruit bar.
